All deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable and is required on all bookings, as a deposit. this will then secure all bookings.
Cancellations and rescheduling can be only done 12 hours or more before the appointment. Please go directly to the booking platform by clicking here and make your change.

Late arrivals- arriving 15 minutes or more late for your appointment will result in immediate cancellation and deposit payment will not be refunded. It is recommended that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Photos may be taken before & after treatments such as eyebrows and lashes treatments, and may be used on social media accounts & our website.
The client shall inform the staff of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. this includes but is not limited to sensitivities , allergies and medical conditions. we can not be held liable for any losses that are incurred due to the client’s failure to inform them of any known conditions.
The staff at Beauty by Ju reserves the right to refuse service to the client infectious conditions, or display inappropriate, abusive or threatening behaviour. If services are refused the booking fee will not be refunded, this is to cover the loss of appointment.
By financially securing your appointment (by deposit) you are also declaring that you have read & agreed to these terms & conditions.
All online trainings will be available for a period of 12 months starting from the day of the purchase.
The purchased starter kit is strictly non-refundable after attending class and receiving goods in .The kits will be dispatched within 48 business hours after purchasing.
All deposits are non-refundable and is required on all in person training, as a deposit. This will secure your spot on the training. However, students may transfer it to another date at that location when next available if it is done within 72 hours.
Due to unexpected life event, in person training class fee may be refunded with 30-day notice prior to original class date.
A certificate will be provided once the student send the proof of successful result of your practicing with models with before and after photos.
By purchasing the online training or paying the deposit for the in-person training class, student confirms that he/she understands all of the above terms and conditions.
We are always happy to provide additional consultation and answer any questions which may come up after the training.
Model information You are required to have a model(s) for the in person class. If you are out of town we will help you with providing a model. You need to submit a model request two weeks before class. Models can wear face makeup with the exception of brows for brow services.
